1/4 c. minced green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 c. diced Smoked Cheddar cheese
40 medium button mushrooms (about 1 lbs.)
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. water

Sauté garlic and onions in pan sprayed with cooking spray for about 2 minutes. Remove and chop mushroom stems, add to garlic mixture along with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese. Toss until blended. Add oil and water. Stir well. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.

Bake 20 minutes at 400° F.
